Delegate Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, along with the completed online registration form submitted by you, comprise the full Agreement between you (the Attendee) as a representative and on behalf of your company, and Intrinsic Communications Ltd (the Organiser).

Registration Fees
All advertised fees are exclusive of applicable VAT. Full payment is due upon acceptance of Booking by Intrinsic Communications Ltd, and registration is not fully confirmed until payment is received. The registration fee includes event attendance for the named delegate(s) only unless the Organiser has approved a substitute delegate in writing. Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer (cheques are not accepted).

Event Attendance
Registration fees include two days’ conference attendance with access to all main rooms, breakout sessions, and roundtable discussions. Also included: participation in pre-arranged meetings, scheduled coffee and lunch breaks, scheduled evening networking drinks (if applicable) and event documentation.

As a Delegate, you are obligated to participate in pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings.

Access is provided to supplier and delegate profiles for meeting selection, and you will be required to make your meeting and workshop selections promptly when invited. It is required that all delegates provide the requested information by the deadlines provided (minimum six weeks prior to the event date, or at the time of booking if less than six weeks prior to the event). Delegate and solution provider profiles allow attendees to maximise their attendance by ensuring the most relevant connections for their business objectives. Information provided by attendees is solely used for the purposes of administering the event.

Cancellations
Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid or due. If you receive a complimentary VIP pass (if applicable) and cancel or do not attend, you will be charged a fee equal to the standard advertised delegate rate for the event. Substitutions are accepted provided they meet the agreed attendance criteria for the event and agree to fully participate in all event sessions and the pre-arranged meetings process.

All cancellations and substitution requests must be made and confirmed back in writing.

In cases of cancellation with no substitute, the Organiser reserves the right to issue a credit note to the value of fees paid to be used against a future Intrinsic event.

Alterations to Event
The Organiser will make its best efforts to run the event as advertised but reserves the right to alter aspects (including dates, location, venue, speakers and session timings) of the event if necessary and in the best interests of the event. If the event dates or location are altered, the registration will be transferred in full to the new dates or location.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred due to event alterations. If the event is postponed for any reason, including Force Majeure, the registration will be transferred to the rescheduled dates as soon as they are known. If the Organiser cancels the event for any reason, the Delegate will have the option to receive a credit note for an alternative Intrinsic Communications Ltd event or a full refund.

Miscellaneous
The Delegate may not transfer or assign this Agreement without the Organiser’s prior consent. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding by the parties. This Agreement is binding on the parties upon Online Booking, and the Delegate represents to the Organiser that this Agreement has been approved by an individual who is an authorised signatory and who has the authority to bind the Delegate to the terms of this Agreement. All communication following this Agreement must be in writing (via email).

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for the conduct or behaviour of attendees at the event and is not responsible for any injury or death that may occur at the event.

The delegate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses which may be incurred by the Delegate or its agents and employees.
