Julian Speck is an industrial digital solutions enablement director with over 30 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to support operational excellence initiatives across oil and gas, chemicals, maritime, and energy. In his current role at KBR, he leads these initiatives for owner operators including novel artificial intelligence approaches to solve operational business challenges. Previously, Julian held leadership positions at KBC Yokogawa, DNV Digital, and Lloyd’s Register amongst others, while he started his career as an engineer for Chevron in Cape Town. He has concentrated on leveraging data and analytics to optimize plant operations and processes while aligning with energy transition goals, gaining experience in change management, organizational leadership, digital ecosystem development, stakeholder engagement, supply chain optimization, and more.

Nick Anstee is a specialist in predictive maintenance and optimizing asset performance with over 25 years of experience. He currently serves as Head of Digital Solutions at KBR, focusing on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital solutions for the oil and gas industry. Previously, he held senior roles in field enablement and strategic positioning at Baker Hughes and GE. Anstee helped drive the adoption of reliability-centered maintenance and risk-based techniques in oil and gas starting in the 1990s. He now works on applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve data management, reduce unplanned downtime, conserve energy, and decrease emissions across the asset life cycle.

Sibel is responsible for supervising digital project team as a product owner, developing the overall digital transformation strategy and roadmaps for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and new technology initiatives using the company’s exclusive methodology and tools, including technical implementations, digitization, and emerging technologies. Also, some of her responsibilities are understanding solutions that will take these criteria into account by converting business needs into the corresponding technical requirements and recognizing the full scope of the client’s technical environment and use of analytics and models to a business problem in Socar Türkiye.

His key interests lie in the subfields of Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision, and his most recent projects focus on Generative AI implementations for multiple subsurface use cases.
