Prashant Soni is the CEO of VISCO, bringing deep technical and commercial experience from senior roles at DNV and Aker BP. With a PhD in hydrodynamics and leadership of the SUBPRO Zero research centre, he specialises in applying advanced engineering, data and visualisation technologies to improve performance across the energy sector. At VISCO, he will focus on scaling digital-first solutions that support safer, more efficient and more sustainable operations.

Nick Giannakakis holds an MBA in Industrial Systems Administration and a BA in Physics. He is an alumnus of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) and brings 18 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles across leading multinational organisations.
In 2024, Nick was recognised as one of the Top 100 Chief Information Officers. He has led global teams across digital innovation and product management, and has been a pioneer in establishing Global AI Centres of Excellence within organisations including British American Tobacco and Motor Oil Hellas.
